PennEast Comments to DRBC

Please take a moment to send to DRBC copies of comments submitted on PennEast to FERC and/or PADEP.

In your comments to FERC on the Draft EIS and in your comments to PADEP on the PA 401 Certification Notice, you catalogued critical information relevant to the DRBC review of PennEast.  DRBC is considering PennEast in an ongoing basis, trying to decide how to proceed.

Make sure DRBC sees your data, information, documentation and concerns.

Send a copy to DRBC of any comments you submitted on the FERC DEIS or the PA 401 Certification public notice.  In the cover email accompanying your comments or on a cover sheet if you are going to submit by mail, include a note that simply says:

”Submissions from PennEast to DRBC, FERC and others are filled with data gaps, misrepresentations, misinformation, missing information, inaccurate information, false information, and conflicting information.  DRBC does not have the information it needs to take any action on PennEast.  Until such time as PennEast and FERC have put forth credible, complete, accurate and unbiased information for DRBC review, it is important that you remain committed to your resolve of an independent and fair DRBC process and take no steps towards advancing this project.  That means no draft docket, no public hearings, and no public comment period until you get the correct, accurate, defensible, credible, complete and full information about the PennEast pipeline proposal and its implications for the Delaware River watershed and our water resources.”
