River Demonstrators Demand Complete Fracking Ban—Canoeists display banner on Delaware River against fracking and its waste

What:
Canoeists will display a banner proclaiming “Defend the Delaware; Ban Fracking and Frack Waste” on the Delaware River as they launch a canoe trip from Bordentown, NJ and when they land at Bristol, PA

When:

Where:
Bordentown Beach, go to 100 West Park St. Bordentown, NJ 08505, and continue to the end of Park St. The beach has a boat ramp on Crosswicks Creek at the confluence with the Delaware River.

Why:

They will display a banner that expresses the goal of their campaign to stop fracking and the import of frack waste from commencing anywhere in the Delaware River Watershed.

NOTE:
Anyone who wants to join the canoe trip must have their own boat and must register ahead of time with Mercer County Chapter of NJ Sierra Club: Leona@pineypaddlers.com
