Advocacy Training for Health Professionals and Students

A day long advocacy training workship is open to all health care professionals and students in the Philadelphia area that are interested in public participation and advocacy. There, you will learn to write policy briefs, learn how to organize marches and protests, and learn how to communicate to officials and the media.This training event is organized by Physicians for Social Responsibility Philadelphia and PIH Engage Philadelphia

Deputy Director Tracy Carluccio will be one of the guest lecturers at the workshop. She will be providing instruction on how to craft letters to editors of news publications. For full details on this and other workshops, and to register, click here.
